Alparslan Bayraktar: 'Our cooperation in the field of energy is getting stronger'

 
Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar held a meeting with Azerbaijan Energy Minister Perviz Şahbazov before the opening of the Iğdır-Nahçıvan Natural Gas Pipeline. The interview was considered an important step to strengthen the energy cooperation between the two countries.
 
 
Two states, cooperation with the understanding of one nation
Minister Bayraktar, said in a statement after the meeting, Türkiye and Azerbaijan's strategic partnerships in the field of energy "two states, one nation," he said. He also stated that he believes that such collaborations with Azerbaijan will be stronger in the future.
 
Investigations were made
During the investigations in the field before the opening, both ministers evaluated the efficiency of energy lines and projects. Bayraktar, "Iğdır-Nahçıvan natural gas pipeline will reinforce this partnership," he said, the projects will contribute to energy safety in the future.
