KDTP President Fikrim Damka: "Turkish Publications should be more supported in the state and private sector"

Kosovo Democratic Turkish Party (KDTP) President and Minister of Regional Development Fikrim Damka made evaluations on Turkish media activities in Kosovo.

With the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JAICA) within the scope of media investments in Kosovo, Damka said that RTK has achieved studio and technical equipment in Prizren and that this development is critical in terms of the visibility of communities such as Turks, Bosnians and Novels.

During his visit to Kosovo, Hasan Taşkın, Chairman of the World Electronic Press Council (DEBK), who met with KDTP President Fikrim Damka, gave information about the international media activities of the DEBK during the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, Damka and Taşkın stated that Türkiye should provide more support to Turkish publications in Kosovo, especially through TRT.
