Free sports training started in 81 provinces: GSB Sports Schools entered the summer semester with opening in Ankara
It started with the opening program of GSB Sports Schools and Barrier -Free Sports Schools organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in Ankara.
The 2025 summer period of GSB Sports Schools and Barrier -Free Sports Schools organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (GSB) was opened in Ankara.
Deputy Minister of Sports Hamza Yerlikaya, Sports Services General Manager Veli Ozan Çakır, Ankara Youth and Sports Provincial Director Mustafa Çelik and the accompanying delegation attended the opening ceremony held at Taha Akgül Sports Complex.
Within the scope of the program, free sports trainings for children and young people aged 3-18 will be given at 81 cities in Turkey.
Deputy Sports Minister Hamza Yerlikaya, in his speech, the sports infrastructure is ready, he said.
The opening program ended with wrestling, zeybek and gymnastics demonstrations performed by young athletes.
