With the new bag law, harsh sanctions come to irregular transactions
One of the important arrangements on the agenda, the new bag law brings a large number of sanctions in different fields.

Special penalty tariff for IBAN and POS irregularities
According to the law, the workplaces that use someone else's IBAN, up to 10 percent of the transaction amount, but at least 30 thousand TL administrative fine will be applied.

Penalty up to 90 thousand TL for violations in business accounts
In the invoice section, or the enterprises that are irregular in account movements are expected to be punished up to 90 thousand TL.

The upper limit increased in penalties
With the regulation, the upper limit of administrative fines is increased, while any violation of the rule made in these areas will now cause much heavier consequences.
