World premiere on the shores of Iznik Lake from Fazıl Say: Historical Night with Thousands of Audiences

Iznik district of Bursa hosted the world premiere of the world -renowned pianist and composer Fazıl Say on 21 June World Music Day.

The opening speech made the Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mustafa Bozbey.

World premiere was built in Iznik
Fazıl Say, in his speech, referring to the process of composing Iznik folk song, the work was completed in about six months with the order of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, he said.

Solo Piano Works and Nazım Oratorio were also staged
Fazıl Say's works for the solo piano were also performed in the night.

The work inspired by Claros also met with the audience
In the later minutes of the concert, a work composed by Fazıl Say in a narrative extending from Iznik to the Ancient City of Claros was performed by Fazıl Say with inspirational of claros prophecies.

During the night, the audience had an unforgettable experience in terms of both music and atmosphere.
