Speaking at the rally, CHP leader Özgür Özel criticized the judicial operations in Antalya and said:
"O Erdogan, do you see this square? You can not digest this people with operations. Antalya, the son of the Taurus Mukittin Böcek. We will not surrender to these calipers."

Referring to the judicial process for Manavgat Municipality, Özel claimed that the attempts to arrest and dismiss the municipal council members were political.
