Deputy Minister of MoNE Macit: "Infrastructure directly affects the quality of education"
Deputy Minister of National Education M. Bilal Macit attended the meeting of “Connection for Learning: Overcoming Obstacles, Strengthening the Future” in partnership with UNICEF European and Central Asian Regional Office (ECA) in Geneva, Switzerland.
Deputy Minister of National Education M. Bilal Macit explained the transformation of Turkey in digital education at a meeting of the “Connection for Learning” in Geneva.
Dijital transformation, school connections, artificial intelligence solutions and educational technologies -oriented collaborations were discussed in the two -day event.
Equality of Opportunity in Access and Digital Infrastructure
Within the scope of the event, concrete steps were discussed to increase the access of children in the rural areas and in disadvantaged groups.

Policy Time: Deputy Minister of National Education M. Bilal Macit, speaking at the Minister Session of the Minister, conveyed the developments in Turkey's digital education process.
Macit, “Türkiye has made radical progress in technical infrastructure in the last 23 years. We have created the entrepreneurship ecosystem simultaneously with the development of infrastructure. We are carrying out the digital transformation process integrated with cultural, economic and pedagogical dimensions.”
Stating that they have the competence in the production of educational technologies as the Ministry, Macit said that they have established their digital transformation visions on three main axes: technical infrastructure, content wealth and human capital.
“We configure all processes from artificial intelligence -backed teachers and student assistants to data -based decision -based decision -based successable success and international standards, Mac said Macit, teachers and students are the cornerstone of this process.
Mustafa Live, General Manager of Innovation and Educational Technologies, also attended the meeting.
The two -day event ended with the final declaration published with the call of “technology should be the key to equality of opportunity in education”.
