Farewell to Kastamonu from Mehmet Keskin and Gökhan Kapağan: “This heart does not forget Kastamonu”

A farewell dinner was held in Kastamonu because of the appointment of Mehmet Keskin, the Justice Commission of the Forensic Judiciary Court and the President of the Heavy Penal Court to Afyonkarahisar.
