Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin: “August 30 written with the heroism of our nation, today is illuminating our way”

Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Sahin, August 30 Victory Day due to a message issued.

Mayor Şahin pointed out that August 30 is not only a military success, but also a turning point in which the nation shouts the will of independence to the whole world and said, “August 30 is a glorious day that shows that the Turkish nation will not compromise its freedom even in the most difficult conditions and that it will not stand back to revealing its life for its homeland.”

"Victory sheds light on today and tomorrow"
Sahin stressed that August 30 is not only a past victory, but a symbol of a will that sheds light on today and tomorrow.

Stating that the 103th anniversary of the anniversary was celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm, Şahin said, “Our nation is walking around the principle of‘ one nation, one flag, one homeland, one state ’as it has been throughout history.”

President Sahin, at the end of the message, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, especially the heroes of the War of Independence, martyrs and veterans respectfully stating that all citizens celebrated August 30 Victory Day.
