CHP Group Vice President Ömer Günel: "Our will in the Aydın Metropolitan Assembly was usurped, we will file a criminal complaint for unlawful transactions"
Following the discussions in the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality Council, CHP Group Vice President Ömer Günel said that the parliament was managed unlawfully and that their will were ignored.
Republican People's Party (CHP) Group, Aydin Metropolitan Municipality Council claimed that the decisions taken by law was unlawful.
Günel, Mayor Özlem Çerçioğlu, the Municipal Assembly Labor Regulation and the Municipal Law in violation of the Assembly claimed.
Stating that they were ignored during the meeting, Günel said that this right was usurped despite the right to promise as a vice president of the group.
The claim of irregularity in voting
Claiming that the voting was treated against the law, Günel said, “In the voting of the issues on the agenda, the Speaker of the Assembly quickly‘ accepted, those who did not. ’He was accepted without counting.
Günel, as the CHP group announced that they objected to the September parliament.
