Seyran stated that the Healthtürkiye platform developed by the Ministry of Health provides digital collateral in patient satisfaction and service quality, and that each foreign patient was appointed as a private health coordinator and only accredited facilities can perform transactions.

Seyran stated that the quality of service is standardized with criteria such as presented health tourism services by personnel who speak at least one foreign language, double -tongue call centers, multilingual web pages and international accreditation obligation.
