Fahrettin Altun's message to Azerbaijan on National Liberation Day and Shusha Declaration

Presidency's Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun published a congratulatory message on social media on the occasion of Azerbaijan's National Liberation Day and the fourth anniversary of the Shusha Declaration signed between Turkey and Azerbaijan.
 
 
Altun used the following expressions in his message:
I congratulate you with my most heartfelt feelings on the National Salvation Day of our beloved Azerbaijan and the fourth anniversary of the signing of the Shusha Declaration, which elevated Turkish-Azerbaijani relations to the level of alliance.
We wholeheartedly believe that we will walk together with brother Azerbaijan and walk towards the future with determination to announce the truth to the world within the framework of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Media Platform.
On the occasion of this happy day, I extend my most heartfelt respect, greetings and love to my Azerbaijani brothers.'
 
June 15 is celebrated as National Salvation Day in Azerbaijan, marking the period of stability that began with Heydar Aliyev's return to power in 1993. The Shusha Declaration, signed on June 15, 2021, officially elevated relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan to the level of alliance.
