More than 1,500 children with summer sports schools in Pursaklar meet football, volleyball and basketball

Pursaklar Municipality offers free education in various sports branches for traditional summer sports schools organized for children who want to spend the summer holiday efficiently.

Summer Sports Schools, which are held in 11 different schools this year, are given basic sports training in volleyball, football and basketball branches.

Mayor of Pursaklar Ertuğrul Çetin, who made a statement about the ongoing trainings at Summer Sports Schools, drew attention to the importance of such programs for children to balance their time with sports.
Çetin, “During the summer holiday, our children, television and telephone screens can be able to do sports, healthy and happier to prepare for life in the summer sports schools where we make traditional training. Our children, desires, determination and excitement are read from their faces.

Students who are found to be talented in the trainings are directed to Pursaklar Municipality Sports Club in order to be able to receive further education and become licensed athletes.
