The Ministry of Commerce issued a comprehensive regulation on direct sales systems made through personal communication without using a fixed store or retail point.
Capital and Blocked Account requirement for companies
Consumer Rights Association Chairman Ergun Kilic, with the new regulation directly sales companies should have at least 10 million pounds of capital and 3 million pounds of blockes, he said.
