Officer-Sen, 8th term collective bargaining process of the Public Officials Arbitration Board did not behave neutral before, said they did not trust.
Officer-Sen, the 8th term collective bargaining process made a written statement.
Confederation, therefore, decided not to take the process to the referee, but the application of the employer's side announced that the referee process has begun.
The following statements were included in the statement:
“It is the responsibility of the Arbitration Board to make a decision in accordance with our proposals, especially the proportional increase and the prosperity share of the 58 items, the proportional increase and the prosperity share of the base.
