Altun stated that the forum was the fourth of the international media events organized within the framework of Türkiye's communication model and that similar activities were made with Africa, Germany and Balkan countries.

In his speech, Altun also mentioned the global uncertainty environment and emphasized that media professionals should act with the awareness of responsibility in the face of disinformation and digital manipulations.

Saying that Turkey plays a stable role in the solution of conflicts, Altun recalled that the Russian-Ukraine War and Indian-Pakistan tensions were displayed in favor of peace.

Altun, access to information accelerated, but the reliability of information decreased in an age, the right content production and media ethics gained importance, he said.
