Re -Welfare Party Mehmet Aşıla: “The imposition of the climate law global agenda, Türkiye is not a guineous country”

Re -Welfare Party Kocaeli Deputy and Deputy Chairman Mehmet Aşıla, in his speech at the General Assembly of the Parliament on 1 July 2025, expressed his criticism of the Climate Law on the Agenda of the Assembly and its climatic policies.

Targeting the Climate Law and international environmental policies, Aşıla said that Turkey should not submit to global impositions.

"Smart City means a forestless city"
In his speech, Aşıla, who criticized the “Smart City” projects, claimed that these projects were constructed in a way that will harm nature and human life and said, "The smart city is actually the infrastructure of a forestless, animal -free and unmanned life."

"Do not submit to the Zionist agent"
Using harsh expressions, Aşıla called on the Assembly and MPs to stand against these projects, claiming that there were "Zionist agenda" behind climate policies.

Call: "Pull back this law"
Stressing that they were against the Climate Law as the Welfare Party, Aşıla demanded that this regulation should be withdrawn immediately.
