Real Estate Tax Period in Shopping Centers: New case -law that will increase the tax from the Council of State
The Council of State has approved a separate real estate tax valuation based parcel -based independent of the streets and streets for structures such as shopping centers and sites.

The decision of the Council of State was taken on 26 February with a majority of votes, published in the Official Gazette yesterday and entered into force.
