Retired holiday bonus was increased to 4 thousand TL with a 33 percent hike
The hike of the holiday bonus, which concerns millions of retirees, became clear. The existing bonus, which has 3 thousand TL, was increased by 33 percent to 4 thousand TL. Approximately 16 million retirees will benefit from the bonus. Parliament approval is expected to enter into force of the new regulation.
The decision to increase in the feast bonus paid to retirees before Ramadan and Eid al -Adha was finalized. Currently, 3 thousand TL given bonuses, 33 percent hike was increased to 4 thousand TL.
Legal regulation is required to enforce the increase in bonuses. With the finalization of the hike rate next week, the regulation is expected to be presented to the Presidency of the Assembly.
16 million retirees will benefit
Approximately 16 million retirees will benefit from the feast bonus hike. In addition, as of March 1, those who are entitled to retirement will benefit from this payment.
This year, retired bonuses will be paid in March for Ramadan Feast and in June for the Eid al -Adha.
