Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: "We will build the Türkiye Century with AK Party women"

Speaking in the Women's Arms Program
President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdogan, AK Party Women's Branch Leadership Academy program addressed the party.

Erdogan began his speech by thanking all the party members who contributed to the program and sent greetings to members of the organization all over Turkey.

"Greetings to Palestinian women"
Emphasizing the resistance of women in Gaza and Palestine in his speech, Erdogan said, “Those women have been writing the epic of sacrifice and resistance for a century”.

AK Party grew with women
Erdogan said that women have played an important role since the foundation of the AK Party.

Women's labor force participation rate increased from 27.9 %to 36.5 %, while the rate of women's deputies reached from 4.4 %to 20 %, he said.

"Zero tolerance to violence against women"
Stating that they act with the principle of zero tolerance in the fight against violence against women, Erdogan said that many legal regulations, especially the Law No. 6284, said that the rights of women are protected.

Hard criticism to CHP and Özgür Özel
Erdogan criticized the CHP leader Ozgur Ozel by giving a name.

"Struggle against digital threats"
Erdogan, LGBT, gambling and virtual addictions are also fighting, he said.

At the end of the program, presenting gift
Following his speech, President Erdoğan was presented with an inspiration from the talismanic shirt of Cem Sultan, one of the Ottoman princes.
