A New Era in Special Purpose Health Reports: Easy Application and Secure Payment with 'Transaction Code'

Within the scope of the new application that came into effect after the law change, citizens will be able to obtain special purpose health reports from family health centers at lower fees. The new system will provide convenience by moving both the application process and the payment and document viewing processes to the digital environment.
 
The application process will be initiated with the transaction code.
 
In order to request a special purpose health report from their family physician, individuals will first need to obtain a “transaction code.” This code can be obtained in three different ways:
 
    Online: You can create a code by logging in with your e-Government information via https://sbos.saglik.gov.tr.
    By SMS: Citizens will be able to receive the transaction code by sending their TR ID Number and the short name of the report type they want to receive as an SMS to 2023. (For example: 1234******0 driver)
    Physical application: By applying to the family doctor in person, the code can be obtained through the e-Report system after the examination.
 
Payment transactions can be made digitally
 
Payment transactions have also been simplified with the transaction code received. Individuals will be able to make online payments via credit card via https://sbos.saglik.gov.tr. In addition, payment options are also offered to the bank accounts of the Turkish Ministry of Health via EFT or money transfer.
 
The reports will be accessible via e-Pulse and e-Government.
 
The reports created after the inspection process can be viewed on both e-Pulse and e-Government systems after the payment is completed. Citizens will be able to share their reports with the institutions they want through these platforms.
 
Refunds will be made automatically
 
If the report cannot be issued within 5 working days after the payment is made after the transaction code is received, or if the person is referred to a higher level healthcare institution, the refund will be made automatically through the system.
