Ankara's Cultural Heritage Meets Students: Endemic Valley Attracts Great Attention

The Endemic Valley, opened by the Pursaklar Municipality to promote the cultural and natural heritage of Ankara, continues to receive great interest from student groups. Students from schools across the province have the opportunity to closely observe local animal species such as the Ankara Cat, Ankara Rabbit, Ankara Tumble Pigeon and Ankara Goat, along with the endemic plants specific to Ankara found in the valley.

Located in the valley and offering an experience intertwined with nature, the Forest Village was one of the areas where students had fun. The village, decorated with natural decorative figures, provided students with both educational and enjoyable moments.

Pursaklar Mayor Ertuğrul Çetin, in his statement, stated that Endemic Valley attracts the attention of Ankara residents of all ages and said:
“Our Endemic Valley continues to be the center of attention for everyone from 7 to 70. We offer the opportunity to get to know the Ankara Cat, Rabbit, Tumble Pigeon and Goat, known as the four whites of Ankara. In addition, our visitors learn about the endemic and aromatic plant species specific to Ankara by examining them. They experience the peace of nature in our Forest Village. I invite all our fellow citizens to experience this unique experience.”

Endemic Valley, with its educational and entertaining structure, offers students the opportunity to learn cultural values on site, while also aiming to pass on Ankara's natural heritage to future generations.
