Pursaklar Hosts "İstiklal" Play to Commemorate the 104th Anniversary of the Acceptance of the National Anthem

Pursaklar Municipality organized the “İSTİKLAL” play, presented by the PYM Theatre Workshop, to commemorate the 104th anniversary of the acceptance of the National Anthem. The play, prepared and performed by the students of the PYM Theatre Workshop, was enthusiastically received by the audience at the Pursaklar Living Center.

Mayor Ertuğrul Çetin stated, “We have a large group of young artists from Pursaklar who continue to make us proud with their performances. They have always believed in their dreams and aspirations. Through the ‘İstiklal’ play, they brought emotional moments to our citizens. On the 104th anniversary of the acceptance of the National Anthem, I commemorate our national poet Mehmet Akif Ersoy and all our heroes with mercy and gratitude."

At the Pursaklar Living Center, where the Ramadan program was held, citizens from 7 to 70 gathered to watch the “İstiklal” play, which was performed by the PYM Theatre Workshop. The audience experienced many emotional moments throughout the show.
