CHP Deputy Chairman Erhan Adem: "Raw milk price does not meet the cost of the manufacturer"

Republican People's Party Deputy Chairman of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Erhan Adem, the National Milk Council's raw milk price reacted to the statement.

The National Milk Council announced the price of raw milk as 19,60 TL as of October 1, 2025.

Adam, feed, electricity, diesel, diesel and labor expenses have increased significantly in the last year, recalling, "According to the calculations of independent agricultural organizations, raw milk production cost has exceeded 21-22 TL in many regions, while the price of 19.60 TL means damage to the producer."

In his statement, Adem also criticized the structure of the National Milk Council, argued that the council has become an institution that protects the interests of large milk industrialists, not producers.

CHP, Adem, said they will continue to announce the sound of the manufacturer, raw milk price should be increased to at least 22 TL considering the cost increases, he said.
