Future Party Mustafa Bilici: “This offer is a seat for generals, poverty to the ring, but the bag is not a law, but the bag crisis”

Future Party Izmir Deputy and Parliamentary Clerk Member Mustafa Bilici, in his speech at the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly of the Bag Law No. 217 Opposing the proposal with harsh words.

Bilici pointed out that the most controversial part of the proposal is the regulations for the command structure of the Turkish Armed Forces:

• The age limit for the Chief of General Staff and force commanders is increased to 72.

• Military Academy graduation requirement is abolished.

• The number of promotion is increased by the high military chair.

“This arrangement aims to protect the seats, not the rejuvenation of the army. This smells of a personalized law,” he said.

"The spirit of the bags is contrary to the Constitution"

Stating that the law proposal brought the issues that concern many ministry to the Plan and Budget Commission under a single title, Bilici said, “This is contrary to both the Constitution and the legislative technique. The main commissions in the fields such as national defense, health, culture are excluded. The Assembly is not the deputy of the nation, but the executive officer.”

Bilici, who reacted to the arrangement that does not refer to the urgent needs of the people, said, "The nation can not fill the child's nutrition bag on the hunger limit. But we are busy with Iskur's data sharing and tourism facilities," he said.

Bilici emphasized that the arrangements that have been canceled by the AYM have been brought to the Parliament with bag laws for years, “The purpose is not to comply with the law, but to maintain the same practices by delaying the cancellation decisions”.

Bilici argues that real inflation is hidden with TurkStat data and said, “Pensioners cannot give feast allowances. You are still talking about productivity and digitalization. Justice, first of all, conscience, first, need conscience.”
