In the paternity case against Uğur Dündar, the Supreme Court of Appeals has decided that there is no biological link on the basis of the Forensic Medicine Report.
Journalist Uğur Dündar shared the decision of the Supreme Court of Appeals with the public in his social media account in the paternity case against him.
DNA samples taken from Dündar were examined by the Forensic Medicine Institute and as a result of the test, Dündar and Dilara G. were found to have no biological bonds.
Dündar said in a statement that no concrete evidence has been presented from the beginning of the process and that they were subjected to great spiritual pressure with his family.
With the finalization of the decision, the allegation of paternity, which was the subject of the case, was completely closed.
