Kemal Memişoğlu: “Cesarean rate decreased by 6.8 percent, normal birth becomes widespread”
Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu, Normal Birth Action Plan Evaluation Meeting said in a statement, a 6.8 percent decrease in the rate of primary cesarean section, he said.
