In his statement on his social media account, Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Yerlikaya gave information about the personal rights of police officers, the appointment system and salary promotion processes.

Yerlikaya said, "This year, we made a complete reform in the appointment transfer regulations. We appointed our colleagues electronically, in front of everyone's eyes, in 8 minutes."

Minister Yerlikaya announced that preparations are continuing to improve the personnel rights of police personnel.
Transparent Application in Promotional Tendering
Referring to the recent salary promotion tender, Yerlikaya said, "For the first time in Turkey, we held a salary promotion tender in an open and transparent environment that was open to the public and watched live by 301 thousand people at the same time."

Yerlikaya emphasized their determination against negative discourses aimed at damaging the motivation of the police.
