"This is not just a financial bargaining"
Stating that they do not see the collective bargaining process limited only to material rights, Dogan said, “This process is also the struggle for labor dignity, professional dignity and public service. We strive to find our demands up to 5 am.”

Reminding that Sağlık-Sen has achieved significant gains in the previous contract processes, Dogan said that they will struggle with the same determination in the new period.
