Sağlık-Sen Chairman Mahmut Faruk Doğan: ‘The responsibility of 850 thousand health workers is on our shoulders’

Sağlık-Sen 7th Term 10th Council Meeting was held with the participation of branch heads working in 81 provinces.

In the meeting, preparations for the 8th term collective bargaining process were shared.

‘We have left behind the authority process proudly’

Speaking at the meeting, Sağlık-Sen Chairman Mahmut Faruk Dogan, the process of authority was left behind and the union has achieved the success of being an authorized union again, he said.

‘We are at the table for the right of more than 850 thousand employees’

Dogan, health and social work in the field of physicians, nurses, midwives, paramedic, x -ray technician, physiotherapist and social workers, including the rights of employees in 40 different branches, including the rights of employees, he said.

The demands of the field are collected and offers are prepared

Stating that the demands from the field were received at the meeting, Dogan said that these demands will be evaluated by Health-Sen experts and the 8th term collective bargaining offers will be announced to the public.

‘Public employees should not be crushed by inflation’

Referring to the economic situation of public employees, Doğan said that the reality of inflation affects the purchasing power of employees.
