Süleyman Soylu: “In the Assembly, the executives of the second party violate the Constitution by threatening the judiciary”

Former Minister of Interior and AK Party deputy Suleyman Soylu, social media account in his share, by referring to Article 138 of the Constitution, the allegations of intervention in the judiciary raised the agenda.

Soylu, the opposition, the second party in the Parliament of the President and the group president of the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor and the statements about the courts, the meaning of intervention in ongoing cases, he said.

Emphasis on Article 138 of the Constitution

In addition, Soylu pointed out that the Legislative Assembly cannot be made in the legislative Assembly.

“Unutulmamalıdır ki siyasi partiler kuruluş, işleyiş ve idareleri açısından Anayasal düzene bağlıdır ve hukuki sorumluluk taşır. Bu siyasi parti grupları için de geçerlidir. Eğer Anayasa’nın 138. maddesi halen geçerli ise, Anayasa’ya uymak herkesin görevi ve sorumluluğudur. Hiç kimseye ayrıcalık tanınmamalı, Anayasa’yı açık ihlalden dolayı gereği yapılmalıdır.”
