Büyükçekmece Deputy Chairman Ahmet Şahin was detained in the corruption investigation in Istanbul

Büyükçekmece Deputy Mayor Ahmet Şahin was detained within the scope of the corruption investigation carried out by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

According to the investigation file, in the investigation initiated on the allegations of irregularity from Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and its subsidiaries, new detention decisions were taken in line with the statements given by the suspects who want to benefit from effective regret provisions.
