Double Success to CİMER from the International Arena: Two Awards from IPRA Golden Globe Excellence Awards
The Presidential Communications Center (CİMER), operating under the Presidency of Communications, won awards in two different categories at the "Golden Globe Excellence Awards" organized by the International Public Relations Association (IPRA).
The Presidency's Directorate of Communications has added a new one to its successes with the communication projects it carries out nationally and internationally.
At the ceremony held in Accra, the capital of Ghana, on October 3, CİMER received an award in the "Public Sector" category with its "Barrier-Free CİMER" project and in the "Crisis Management" category with its "CİMER - Earthquake Emergency" project.
CİMER's International Success in Public Communication
IPRA Golden Globe Excellence Awards, organized since 1990 and attended by reputable organizations from the public and private sectors, are given to projects that meet standards of excellence in the field of public relations.
Earthquake Emergency Project Became an Example in Crisis Management
The "Earthquake Emergency" project, developed after the February 6 earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, was put into operation at 08.30 in order to ensure rapid communication and coordination in case of disaster.
Access Became Easier with the Barrier-Free CİMER Project
Another award-winning work of CİMER, the "Barrier-Free CİMER" project, was implemented to facilitate the access of visually, hearing and speech impaired citizens to public institutions.
Both projects contributed to CİMER becoming a strong communication brand in the national and international arena by increasing the comprehensiveness of communication between the nation and the state.
