CHP Deputy Chairman Yankcıoğlu, was acquitted in the case against him.

Bağcıoğlu was tried for a protest for the five lieutenants who were expelled from the Turkish Armed Forces at the Graduation ceremony of the Turkish Military Academy and was therefore for the protest for the five lieutenants who were expelled from the Turkish Armed Forces.

Bagcioglu, in his defense, "I did not call to gather active soldiers. However, the lieutenants do not give hands alone. I do not mean crime. I want my acquittal," he said.
