Emphasizing that Turkey is among the world's leading countries in the defense industry, Memişoğlu said that they aim for a similar breakthrough in the field of health.
Memişoğlu also stated that they are cooperating with defense industry companies in the production of heart lung machines, which have a domestic production rate of over 90 percent.
Defense Industry President Haluk Görgün stated that the GÖKBEY project has reached its final stage.
Within the scope of the visit, technical information was shared about the production activities carried out at TAI facilities.
