Rehearsal Before Eid al-Adha in Pursaklar: Ertuğrul Çetin 'We Have Taken All Precautions'

Full preparations for the holiday in Pursaklar
With only a few days left until Eid al-Adha, Pursaklar Municipality held a slaughtering rehearsal at the Gümüşoluk Sacrifice Market Slaughtering and Sales Area. The rehearsal, which was carried out upon the instructions of Mayor Ertuğrul Çetin, aims for citizens to perform their religious duties in safe and hygienic conditions.
 
Inter-institutional coordination draws attention
During the cutting rehearsal, Mayor Ertuğrul Çetin was accompanied by Pursaklar District Governor Aziz Üzeyir Özeren and Pursaklar District Agriculture Director Bilal Karabiber. Authorities who received information from the teams during the rehearsal observed that the application was ready for the holiday.
 
Çetin: '40 animals can be sacrificed per hour'
President Ertuğrul Çetin made the following statement in his statement: 'We rehearsed all the measures taken in order to avoid any problems on the day of Eid at the Gümüşoluk Sacrifice Market Slaughtering and Sales Area. We are ready to serve our fellow citizens with a daily slaughtering capacity of 500 cattle, a parking lot for 1000 vehicles, a mosque, and resting areas. We will slaughter 40 sacrificial animals per hour and deliver the sacrificial animals to our fellow citizens quickly.'
 
Hygienic cutting with automatic machines
The demonstration using modern technology during the rehearsal of the sacrifice drew attention. The sacrificial animals were cut into four pieces by automatic machines without human contact. It was reported that the same system would be used on the days of Eid, so that the slaughtering process would be completed quickly and hygienically.
