Yiğit Bulut, a member of the Presidency of Economic Policy Committee, died at the age of 53 when he received a pancreatic cancer treatment in a hospital in Istanbul.

AK Party Istanbul Deputy Suleyman Soylu, in his share on social media, "President Chief Advisor, Economic Policy Committee Member, Journalist-Writer and Economist Yiğit Bulut Yigit Bulut, my hand after a disease this morning has achieved the mercy of Hakk. I wish his condolences to his grieving family and lovers."

Who is Yiğit Bulut
Born in 1972 in Keşan district of Edirne, Yiğit Bulut graduated from Bilkent University Banking and Finance Department after Galatasaray High School.

Bulut started his career in the media industry and worked as an economic interpretation on television channels such as Kanal 6, Kanal E and CNN Türk.

Yiğit Bulut, who was appointed as the Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister in 2013, became the Chief Advisor to the Presidency of the Presidency in 2014.

In his private life, he married the daughter of former ministers Namık Kemal Zeybek and an announcer Şule Zeybek and a child from this marriage was born.
