Who is Cihanur Öncar?

Cihanur Öncar; is a Turkish woman who graduated from Anadolu University Human Resources Department, has adopted lifelong learning as a principle, and has a multi-faceted education and development journey. She completed her undergraduate education at Atatürk University Local Governments, Istanbul University Justice, Anadolu University Public Relations and Atatürk University Business Administration Faculty; and finally graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University Political Science and Public Administration Department. This depth in her education has strengthened her people-oriented working approach and public service awareness.
 
Cihanur Öncar, who is married and a mother of two, is also an Anatolian woman who is wholeheartedly devoted to her flag, her country and national values. Her nationalist stance and her efforts to be in touch with the people have made her not only a manager but also a person of the heart.
 
Öncar, who has made producing goodness, touching people and solidarity a way of life, is a woman with a big heart who finds herself in the smile of a little child and the prayer of a mother. Cihanur Öncar, who sees charity as a character trait, not a virtue, has managed to establish heartfelt bonds with every segment of society.
